I'm not, but there are TONS of members who are. You guys are so lucky...
No, but do you have more of those quotes in your signature? love em =D
Idream, you are a natural! Feel awesome! And welcome to the community too. Hope you have a cool time. :)
And that is one groovy picture you've posted there! :D
Yeah!!! Welcome!!!! Sorry I left that out.

If pro is opposite of con, then what is the opposite of progress?
Is it Congress???
Yes.
Oh my god, I didn't know Congress and Progress were prefix's! :o That's so cool!
Aren't I smart. ^__^
Anyway, yeah, you are lucky to have natral LDs. I wish I did!
aw man. I have to put so much effort into lucid dreaming. You should be VERY happy you can LD naturally
I never even knew about lucid dreaming until last week. But I do it a lot of the time!!
I thought everyone does it :D
a month ago, i didn't know what LDing was called but i did it all the time. then i googled, and joined this like 3 days later. now i spend a good amount of time here. funny how google can change your life.
alex is right, even though some of us have LDs all the time naturally, you can learn a lot about control, how to have them more frequently, and tons (loads, for you UKers) more.
There are alot of natural lucid dreamers out there. I was talking to a friend recently, and brought up the topic. He told me that he's been having those kind of dreams ever since he can remember, he just didn't know there was a name for them.
I've done it all my life, I never knew it was a specific type of dreaming. Then when I started looking more into it I found this forum.
I've always known in my dreams that I'm dreaming. But I can also just turn that feeling off and let the dream do what it wants. Lucid dreaming can be tiring! You wake up feeling like you've been too active all night!
I would kill to be a natural lucid dreamer. :| KILL!!
Such little effort required, and the reward is omnipotence.
That's amazing... you are so lucky. I wish I was a natural lucid dreamer. :)
Same with me.
I only found out what it was called about 3 weeks ago too and was eager to search it, and look what I found:D
It's such a treat to be able to speak to someone who will know what I am on about when I talk about dream control and what not.
I don't know if it was natural or not actually.
When I was little I experimented. The fact that I had big problems with sleeping helped... somewhat.
If you get me..
i am a natural.........hi!
I have been having them since I was a teenager and actually came here to learn how to stop, if anyone has any advice, please.
That fits your name. :D
So, why do you want to stop? Every resource and tutorial on here is about becoming lucid...
Try the techniques which use autosuggestion (MILD, HILD), but instead of telling yourself you'll have lucid dreams, tell yourself that you will not.
You are the envy of my life. But I asure myself I am better at things you couldn't even see yourself doing--even if you were lucid. A couple of fine examples are... um.... Hold on now, I'll come up with something eventually. I think, maybe....
I am also a natural, been that way since a teenager too. Prior to today I thought everyones dreams are like that! I talked to a couple of friends earlier about controlling and changing my dreams and they told me they couldnt do it ! I was so surprised ! I also googled dreams, realised that they were called lucid dream and found my way here. I am so happy and excited to learn there are others like me, that I am not a freak !!
lol. you are not a freak!yeah i've always been able to do it and never knew until like last month what they were:P
How interesting. There isn't anything better to do whilst sleeping.
I would reconmend getting more involved with your life and think less before going to sleep
Having a busy, stressful life keeps lucids away.
Reverse dream recall? :?
Why do you want to stop having LDs?
do u want a cookie?
I may be a little late with this, but I had my first LD as a small child[it was a damn nightmare and it scared me to the point where I went lucid just to get away]. Does that count? :P
@ LittleBuddy: A little rude don't ya think?: To lazy to quote.
meh. this thread is useless
yeah! i've been having lucid dreams ever since i began dreaming haha, when i told my teacher about it in elementary school she didn't believe me.. i didn't know they even had a specific name until i found this website last week.. it's rediculously cool! i thought i was like the only one, but this site is awesome :D
GRRRRRR! way to lucky! That is awsome
When I first found this forum, I freaked out and told a few of my guy-friends about it, cuz I thought it was so cool. :P One of them apparently almost always knows he's dreaming, but can't control anything, cause he's viewing it the same way you would view a tv... like he isn't part of the action really. I myself... have had one lucid dream... ever. :( I just can't do it yet it seems. :P But I try :). I find it works best if I accidenally wake up in the middle of the night, and then just normally try to go to sleep. XD No effort recquired. =\ However I've never entered a lucid dream like that. Just SP and stuff.
I remember occasonally having Lucid Dreams growing up.
But I didn't know what Lucid Dreams were till tonight.. after discussing my sleeping 'problems' with a friend who informed me my problems were actually called WILD dreams.
So apparently I've been naturally having WILD dreams for the past few months.
And I won't lie I feel pretty damn cool about it.
I always know when I'm dreaming so it's easy for me to lucid dream.
The only problem is that I find it really hard to stay asleep as I usually wake up after the first few seconds of my dream.
I always make sure to fly first. You'd think that would get boring but it's always my first thought.
Is there anyway to remain in a dream for a longer time?
Eating chocolate works for me lol and your so lucky... I had to practice so much before getting lucid/night <.<
