Was I having NILDs WILDs or regular LDs?

I was just reading about WILDs and NILDs and it makes me wonder if some of my LDs could be classified as such? At a time when I was taking diet pills with ephedra and caffeine I would often try to nap during the day b/c my body would be exhausted but my mind would be racing. I would lay in bed and try to fall asleep. Sometimes I would lay there for an hour just thinking about things, letting my imagination run wild and often times I would enter a lucid dream, although I don't remember entering the dream. After the LD I would wake up and lay there, my mind moving so quickly, and often I could shut my eyes and go right back into the exact same LD and pick up right where I left off or have a whole new LD. I definitely remember that paralysed feeling and often my head would throb loudly as I would re-enter the LD. Last week I saw the Butterfly Effect and the throbbing is exactly the same as the guys after he's changed something in the past and his memories are rebuilding without the nose bleeding of course(does anyone know what I'm talking about?). Could this be bad for your brain and was I having regular LDs or something else?
