Finally starting to LD

SO yeah 4 nights ago i finally LD for the first time in years and then two nights later i lucid dreamt again and had more control, both were DILD's. I also took 500MG of tryptophan and 2-300Mg of timed-release B6. I also when i layed down would act like im going into a wild, i would just count my breathes and not move at all and tell my self im going to lucid dream repeatadly and i did, i hope to WILD soon i really want to experiance that but for now the DILDs will work, just thought id say something, let me know what you guys think

sounds like you actually had a MILD. But MILD works by inducing DILD i believe...so anyway...nice work and congratulations!
