Creepy Sleep Pattern
Last night i was trying WBTB. I thought over and over again "i will wake up at 3:00" Then i went to sleep.
I woke up at 2:59 am
Someone else might be able to use this technique ( i once had an alarm clock, and slept right through it) since it seems to work pretty well.

Cool. I have tried to set my internal "alarm" clock, but I was never as accurate as that. Congrats.

I haven't owned an alarm clock for probably 12years.. since before junior high. I always wake up within an hour before I wanted to. It became pointless to set an alarm. However I can't go back to sleep after waking up. If I tell myself to wake up at a certain time that's it. I have to stay up for several hours before I can try to sleep again. I can only go back to sleep if something I didn't plan wakes me up and I don't get out of bed.
