maybe you were dreaming. Or somewhat ina dream state, because I see no other reason. I mean...your body wasn't actually spinning around was it?
Weird things like that happen. Last week, I was trying to fall asleep when I felt my face being torn off. A few days later I felt like I was being choked after waking up from a dream where I was being choked by a little girl. Not much of a mystery, just a dream.
no it wasn't spinning, i was aware consciously, and I was not actually spinning around,
maybe it was the beginnings of a wild
I havn't really delved too much into why people would turn around while sleeping or any other significant movements, but I have a few theories.
My guess would be that a person would be thinking of an old bed they slept in or just a place they had slept in before, or even with someone, and by turning around while sleeping, it kind of stimulates the memory more to fulfill the nostalgia. Maybe??
Could you elaborate more on what exactly happened?

I heard people roll around in their sleep to get into more comfortable positions.
I did a mild briefly before I went back to sleep. The time was like 10:30 AM. I then started to feel like I was moving fast and then then I was feeling like I was rotating around in my bed. I felt the sound of wind in my ears. I might have seen sights too but I am not sure I forgot. I felt like my body was pivoting a little bit up and down from my waist. It wasn't frightening. I kind of enjoyed it. I thought that I was entering a wake induced lucid dream but I am not sure.
This is the second time that this turning sensation has happened to me. I turned like 360 degrees the first time and it was also around 8AM in the morning.
When I opened my eyes briefly I could see my room but everyting was dimmed and dark. It could have been that my eyes were only slightly opened.
My mom's voice woke up. I wanted to continue it to see what it led to.
Hope this helps. Thanks for the input.
the 2nd time i tried to WILD i imagined my couch swinging back and foreth like a pendulum, not like a cradle - the opposite way swaying back and foreth, i would pick up momentum and i would feel my body and the couch it was cool i liked it.
Sounds like you've had a pre-OBE experience. I've been in that state too, the wind in the ears thing is kinda cool actually, but a bit scary if you're not used to it, atleast I thought so. I've read a book about a person who had OBE's frequently, and the almost always started with that sort of state.
Ok I think I did it last night.
I had my third sensation of spinning 180 degrees except I was like going 360. My whole body was like fan blades. my upper torso was one blade and my lower torse was a lower fan blade and i was spinning like a fan. from my midsection being the pivot point. Wierd eh.
I wasnt scared during the experience, I went and I believe I saw my body and it was transparent (my physical body)
I flew out of my door but my body got caught by something like a fence slightly pinching my chest and hindering me from going out of the door. I saw trains outside and like a shopping center. This is where my neighbors house is. Instead of seeing the house I saw the shopping center and parking lot and the trains.
I then felt my self waking up and I didn't jolt or anything.
It was awesome.
I don't know if it was an OOBE or an LD but it was cool. I finally got past the spinning stage!!!!!
I've felt this kind of stuff. There I am sleeping in bed when somebody decides they're allowed to lift the mattress up. Well; I only felt the sensation. But it's impossible to happen in real life because:
A) There's wall in between me and where it was lifed up.
B) I'm such a fatass nothing could lift me, short of a crane.
