Flying trapped?

The past few ld's I've had flying in a building.. I have yet to be able to change the theme around myself. Does anyone have any advice about what methods I could try, whether it be personal experience or word of mouth, it would be much appreciated.

Another thing about these ld's.. why the building? No matter what way I fall asleep I first come to a building. Could this possibly be a mark of beginning in my dreams? To sybolize my ld state? I'm hoping someone has had similar event. Or any other reasons.

I don't know why you always start out in a building...but I'd imagine you'd easily be able to get out of it. Just find a door.

I go straight through windows; pass through them as if either I or they weren't there. Don't know why, but I won't go out of my way to find a door in an LD. Oh, it's so easy. Try it.

And if you find yourself unable to go through the window you can always break it :P
