Rebuilding Myself
Because school is out in about four days and I won't be bothered by it, I thought now would be a good time to "rebuild" my dreaming.
I only remember some of one dream a night now and only if I remind myself about it while I used to be able to recall two to four dreams a night. It seemed like I was starting to be on a roll with lucids. I remember I had an LD twice one week then another the next week (though that one was a very horrid nightmare, I was still excited it was an LD!)
Then school started and all that went downhill.
It just seems like I can't keep committed with dreaming and school at the same time. Even though when I think about dreaming and get excited about, it's like I don't have enough "energy", for a lack of better words, to get myself to go through the process of trying to lucid dream. Hopefully I'll pick myself back up the summer and keep it up throughout the next school semester.
I guess I'm just asking for what others think I can do as far as rebuilding myself.
I thought I should just starting from scratch:
Keeping a new dream journal to aid in recalling my dreams better, do reality checks often, read and refresh my memory of dreaming and lucids.
I think I need a little help. Anything is appreciated!

I did the same thing. But now, 10 weeks ago, I started again.
Before I had only exeperienced about 7 lucid dreams. However, now I have at least two LDs per week.
No matter how tired you are, don't give up on you dream journal. That's an important thing.
And focus on your dream recall the first weeks, and reality checks of course. Then try to become aware of the world you live in.
If you do that it will come automatically. It was first after week 8 I started with lucid inductions, and so far MILD is the most fitting for me.
Good luck!
