I am 14 years old, I'm a guy, and just yesterday I started trying to remember
my dreams in an effort to eventually be able to LD. I started using auto-suggestion, and woke up at 2:47, 3:12, and sometime again at 3-ish.
Then I wrote down all the dreams I had, because I remembered them well.
When I started going back to sleep, I began to feel a falling sensation, and I felt very heavy, and my blankets were heavy to. I felt very weird feelings in my head, and I was startled so I moved. This happened to me again when I tried to go to sleep again, but this time, when I opened my eyes, everything was hazy-looking and my T.V. was off (I had left it on before I went to bed).
I covered my nose with my forefinger and thumb and I could still breathe.
In the back of my mind, while I was noticing my T.V. was off, and breathing, I was saying, "I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming." I realized that this was stuff that Clairity described in her MILD tutorial thingy. I tried to get up, and almost got up from my bed, but was pushed back down and woke up. I think I saw someone sitting on me before I woke up.
So, what I want to know, is did I have an LD? Because I'm not sure, it was the very first night I tried this, but this stuff has never happened to me before. Can you guys help me? And also, what are your techniques for prolonging an LD? Thanks for all the help!
