You know how when you WILD, sometimes you feel like you are falling through the bed or tripping and falling? That happens to me quite a bit, and apparently that part leads right to the lucid dream for many people. If you can get through it. My problem is that every time something like that happens to me, I jerk awake. I think it's just reflexes. So my question is, how do I get past that point without waking up?
