Listening to music and lucid dreaming
What you do is find your most favorite music. A cd filled with mainly 80 90% favorite tracks. Program the radio to repeat all. Take a strong sleeping tablet. and fall asleep with headphones. If you are one of those lucky ones that LD almost everynight a few times each night. Give this experiment a go. You will enjoy physical music in your lucid dream. You can buzz out on hidden music. All you have to do is pay attention visually and not gain to much awareness with the music. This technique is great for people who like non existing IPOD in a lucid dream. The trick of doing this is doing this in a way that the music is not to loud otherwise the sleeping pill won’t cure you to sleep, Have the volume at a level where you don’t damage your ears. But make it loud enough and appropriate enough to fall asleep on.
