How Do You Get Those Pictures on Your Profile?

I'm new and can't figure out how everyone has cool pictures by they're name and profile. Can someone explain how you do this please??

Click on Profile on the upper bar that is underneath Dream view's lucid dreaming forum.

Then scroll all the way down to the avatar control pannel.

Then you can either select a location on your computer to browse and upload a picture or you can select a website to upload your picture from.

On the top bar go to profile, then scroll down to the bottom where you can either:

Upload Avatar from your machine
Upload Avatar from a URL
Select Avatar from gallery

Don't listen to wasup, he is right that it is for special people. According to his signature his is non priveledged which makes him "special". We have to treat him delicately.
