SP or not?
Okay, so last summer I really got into the whole idea of lucid dreaming, I loved abstract concepts like this. So for like 3 months I tried and tried over again to fall into a lucid dream. I've tried almost all of the known techniques ad had little success. But with this, I sort of trained myself to fall into REM. I hit the bed, and i can kind of force myself to "vibrate". I lost interest and just gave up during my whole school year. But today I had this really weird experience.
I went to sleep and concentrated on my breathing to fall asleep. And about 5 minutes in for some reason I just told myself to imagine myself floating in the air. I kept feeling my limbs slowly rise and rise. I felt as though my body was completely in the air and then suddenly i had this force like slam me into my bed and i was vibrating everywhere. I could really feel it strongly in my abdomen. At this point I was in a shock like state. I tried to let it continue but I "came back to life". I woke up and I felt like I was in a dream. I saw wierd shapes from the mirror reflection, and i noticed things I hadn't noticed before. I did a nose breathing RC(old habit lol) and I figured I was awake. But everything was surreal. Like I had some sort of awakening in me.
So what the hell did I experience?

That sounds like a pretty crazy SP experience! The sensations of floating, the vibrations, even the body slam are all classic SP sensations.
It is also possible that you had the beginings of some kind of AP (astral projection) going on. I don't know much about AP, so I can't say. If you want more info on AP, look in the "Beyond Dreaming" section.
