      Dream signs and their significance

Alright, it seems that a recurring theme in my dreams are boats or water. Are these signs for me to utilize, almost like a reality check? Should I make a habit of everytime I see a boat or body of water during the day to do a reality check? Im just not having luck with remembering to do them in my dreams and wondering if I see the same objects awake and asleep, if this would jar me to do them. Not to familiar with the significance of dream signs and how to utilize them. Thank You.

Sorry, I didnt see there was a forum for dream signs.

Don't worry I will help you.
Ok a dream sign is a symbol that has a symbolic meaning. IT speaks to you and only you. What i may think of a boat is different from what you think of it. For example to me in my dreams a tree means Pure heart/purity. To you a tree could mean something you love, hate, calms you down, gets you mad, etc. IT's all about how you feel about your symbols that give it it's meaning. The boat in the water may have been speaking to you so you can have a lucid dream. Usually water in everyone's dream is classified as unconsciousness. The boat is something to explore water(which is your unconscious).Your dream of boats and water are probably asking you how do you feel about becoming lucid.....basiclly. Use that same emotion you feel about becoming lucid before you go to sleep and may have a lucid dream. It is possible t do so.
When you see any type of water during the day-glass of water,river,lake,rain,sinkwater,etc-give yourself a reality check. If you see a wooden object than do the same.Reality check. If you need further help come see my dreams a post a comment.
Remember your Journey is only a DREAM AWAY.

Thank you. Thats a very interesting perspective. Thats why I figure doing reality checks as I see these things during the day, it may help when I see them in my dreams.
I would say...7 of 10 dreams I have involve boats or bodies of water that draw me to them. I also live near the gulf and see these daily. Thanks again.
