Lucid Book

Hey everyone, I just thought I'd let you all know that I'm in the middle of writing a 20,000 word story, with lucid dreaming as the main plot line. It involves the main character, in Grade 11, going about his life, until he discovers lucid dreaming and he becomes intensely interested in it, much like many people on the forum. It also involves dream scenes and real life scenes. I'm doing this for a project at my school called the "Personal Project," where you have to undertake a project that starts in January of Grade 9 and ends in November of Grade 10. I'm about 8000 words into it right now.

cool! is there anyway you can post it when you're done or something? that would be awesome!

Sure, but it'll probably fill up about 50 pages! I'll just send it to people individually by e-mail.

stupid department of education

Actually that does sound interesting because that's basically me haha. Although I'm a senior this year lol. What happens to the kid because of his new interest?

Well, since his regular life sucks so much, lucid dreaming becomes an "escape" for him. Also, just to stretch the boundaries of what can actually happen in real life, I'm thinking of adding a scene where he kills someone in a dream, and wakes up to find that he actually killed that person.

don't give too much away lol, like twists and stuff.

Well, just a quick update, I am just wrapping up my story now, and I will be done the editing in 2 days. As soon as I come up with a title, I'll let you know, and if you want to read it, you can PM me.
