Trapped in logical plotlines :(

Hey folks.
I'm just starting to attempt lucid dreaming again. I used to do it on my own without hardly trying at all.
But back then, I was oddly limited in a way.
Logical plot-lines plagued me. I simply couldn't have any nonsensical events regarding plots in my dreams. Examples: police cars never stop chasing me, DCs never forget anything I say or do, even if I want them to, if I break a law then cops try to arrest me, etc.
The only way to escape from the cops was the fly away (I crashed in the Everglades and woke up).

I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems?
Do I just need to become "more lucid"?

I think you just have to use your lucid powers to stop them from chasing you. Or fight with the cops, that could be fun. If you truly believe that the cops will stop chasing you, then they will, the same goes for anything in dreams.

Flying away from them is probly a good step. Because your making it unrealalistic. If you can make yourself fly, then you can make the cops go away, right? Its all in your head, you have to know you can do it.

Try spinning within your dream. I haven't had a chance to do it yet, but from what I've read, if you spin yourself around and image somthing, there's a good chance it'll appear. This works with scenery change too. So next time the cops are after you, spin around and image them gone. When you stop, they shouldn't be there.
