LD?
I went to bed at 12(night) and my alarm woke me at 5am. I woke up at that time to try a WILD, and I sat in bed for about 15 mins, and then tried to go back to sleep and it took me almost an hour and a half to fall back to sleep.
I tried focusing on imagery behind my eyelids, and ideas, but nothing seemed to work. When I was finally falling asleep, I had a really vivid image of me playing a video game. Somehow I found a glitch in the game, and when I found it, it was like hitting a switch, my body moved/floated a few inches, from the position on my side, to on my back, and then I tried opening my eyes, but I opened my physical eyes by accident, and it all ended. Shortly after, I fell asleep.
Anyone have an idea why it took so long to get back to sleep?
Did I sleep too long maybe?

When I WILD I find it is best to keep my conscious mind just BARELY active. I count "1...2...1...2" because otherwise I will lay in bed for hours and never fall back to sleep.
Perhaps your mind was too active?
You may try WILDing after only 3 hours of sleep.
I don't WILD much, so I don't have a lot of advice.
