What are some good tips for staying awake? I find myself falling asleep or to sleepy to concentrate.
Like I fell asleep two days in a row and the third day I was so sleepy I found myself snapping in and out of consciousness, so I just went to sleep.

Well the idea of a WILD is to fall asleep and dream but while being conscious of it. You're going to fall asleep in the end, the trick is to stay aware of it while it happens. You can do this by concentrating on your breathing or if you can think thoughts without vocalizing them in your head, that works too.Quote:
