Maybe you're trying too hard ;)
a month is a long time...you need a really fix.

I don't really mess w/ the reality checks too much anymore. I just make it a point to practice WILD or MILD every single night. To my amazement I think I'm even getting good at it. I usually do a WILD - MILD mix. So if I don't directly WILD into it, I will sometimes remember when in the dream (MILD).
Just do it every single night, like when you wake up to use the bathroom at 4 am or so.
