      Question mystery DG

I'v been looking for my dream guide and doubt i have one. The problem is all the Dcs in my dreams are clever and have real personalities. If i become lucid and say bring me my dream guide a Dc will come up to me pretending to be my DG. I found what i thought was my DG but turned out a creation of my mind. Are there any ways to tell the difference between my Dcs and my DG?

Well, I've only just recently talked with my supposed DG in a Lucid, so I can only give you what I think DGs are like. (The conversation I had was very short, but I plan to have a longer one. )

They're really pleasant to talk to. There always seems to be a calm aura around them. When you do get to talk to them, it's like they're only interested in you and what you want talk about. There's also something different about them; like a different feeling that separates them from other DCs. They're very mysterious, but in the best way possible. It's like that's the main quality that makes people want to see them again after the 1st meeting.

But again, that's just my description.

Well . . . Dream Guides, no matter how realistic, ARE just a creation of your mind. It doesn't really matter what they look like, they can change appearances continually, depending on your state of your mind. Dream Guides are a way of tapping into your subconsciousness, so it doesn't matter what they look like as long as you feel comfortable with them.
