      what is this viberating and tinglling sensation?

      sometimes when i become 100% lucid i get a viberating or tingling sensation all over my body that feels very real..i am wondering if the reality of my lucid dream makes me realize i am in bed and actually imobile and thats why i get that feeling. any other ideas or experiences?
