Tried to say "Make it light!" last night in a DEILD, but it didn't get light, so I have a question, how do you best change weather, light, etc... in a dream?
To make night turn into day, I usually look at the ground and say "When I look up, it will be day...", and it usually works.
Whenever I want to change something, or have something appear, I usually say "When I *insert whatever I plan to do*, I will *insert whatever I want to happen or change*". For me, it's so much easier to say that than to force a change in the weather, scenery, light, etc. Does that make any sense?
For example: I became lucid, one night, and I wanted to make it snow. Instead of standing outside, looking up and saying "Make it snow" or "Let it snow" or "Snow, now!" I walked into a building, and said "When I go back outside, it will be snowing", and sure enough, it was.
For me, that's the best way.:)
I normally close my eyes and think about what I want and when I open my eyes again, it happens.
