Blurriness? o.O
I tried my first WILD tonight. I layed there for two hours, I just got up from it. At first I saw nothing, then it was colors then it eventually turned into pictures and scenes. I heard thunder and rain and then banging. I felt extemely numb and I felt vibrations pushing me back and forth. Then it all abruptly stopped. I lay there for a while longer, then I opened my eyes because I thought that I was dreaming or something because it stopped. I actually thought I was dreaming while I was in reality for a while. I did RCs and they all turned out to be positive, but everything I see looks extremely blurry right now. I can barely even see the computer screen. Even with my prescription glasses it doesn't make it any better. Is this normal? Oh, and sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Blurry? You mean in real life or dream?
-
In real life. Right now everything I'm looking at is really blurry. For a while I debated on whether I was dreaming still or not.
-
Your eyes were too tense when looking at images. It's like reading a book too close.
-
Yeah, I do remember closing my eyes really tightly at some points. I didn't really think that was the reason why, though. Anyways, thanks :D

You should focus behind your eyelids far away instead of on your eyelids
-
Behind my eyelids? Do you mean just lightly close my eyes instead of trying to look hard to see everything while my eyes are closed?
-
My bad, I meant you should relax your eyes as if you are looking at something very far.
-
Okay. I didn't actually get into a dream this time, I only was attempting to WILD for a while. I guess I was trying to study the pictures too hard.
-
You should try WILD after "wake back to bed" in the morning because initial tries often fail at night, and doing WILD in the morning has a greater probability of success.
-
Alright, I'll try that after I wake up tomorrow. Today I just tried it before I went to bed, and I didn't get all the way to dreaming.
-
Usually you need to sleep 6 hours, stay up for 10-30 minutes, then you can try WILD.
-
Okay, I'll set my alarm for that long ^_^. I'm gonna head off to bed now so it wont be that bright out when I try WILD again. Thanks for the help, the blurriness is almost gone now. Goodnight.

HI....is not an actual image. It is not there. It CANNOT be focused on with your eyes. So don't try! (im open to corrections...but yeah)
And if you havent succeeded to wild after 2 hours....you wont. Next time...maybe stay awake for less time if you struggle to get back to sleep??

Rub your hands!
Yell '100% REALITY!'
.. Oh wait
Well anyways, did it get better over time, or did it change in any way? The blurriness? If it didn't you might want to see a doctor about it o_O It dosn't sound too good if it didn't go away..
EDIT: Oh sorry, just read your last post, then that's good. I'm thinking it's the focus thing aswell. If you have a picture of a blurry tree in the distance, I imagine your brain wants your eyes to focus on it, so your eyes begin to focus, but the picture dosn't change, so you try harder...

Yeah, its all gone now. I was probably like trying to focus on something I couldn't focus on. I'm going to try to WILD again tonight.
