NICOTINE PATCH WORKS!! lol
I tried for the first time last night and I also took galantamine/choline pill. Boom! :banana: I had longest and coolest lucid dream ever! I swimmed under water, flew everywhere in perfect control, I changed scenery, I became ninja, killed tons people like video game. It was for long time it felt like couple hours, i remember getting tired of killing people with my sword. Was full blown lucid dream, I recall my name and my waking life while dreaming.
okay here is the bad news i woke up very drowsy from the nicotine stimulant, I took the patch off right away. Make sure you have it on just while you sleep and take it off in morning. This lucid dream book I am reading talks about it. I am true believer that you don't need anything to achieve lucid dream. But its fun to try once in while, and not use everyday so doesnt create tolerance level in your body.
