I could see it happening, but it's probably most likely after going to bed at a time which would usually be your REM time, due to circadian rhythms and such. |

I just wanted to know. It would be awesome if it is possible. |

In a world where darkness is fear, there's always that light at the end of the tunnel.

it is possible, but it mostly takes alot of practice |

Someone who can currently do this actually wrote a tutorial on exactly this a few weeks ago; it's a pretty good read: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=59810 |

Thats the way i wild, only i deprive myself of sleep before hand, whenever i try wbtb i just fall asleep |
|
It is not easy to fall into a dream at evening, but this time is really valuable for many experimentations. As the sleep comes slower, it is much easier to perform many experiments with half dream states. I usually practice visualisation and relaxation when falling asleep.... just for fun. |
