I just woke up from my dream and I was having a dream where I was in my room changing into a suit. My dad was in the computer room and it took me a long time to change. Once I changed I noticed my stomach was empty and hurting alot because it was empty. It felt intense and real. He had also put in a huge meal in the microwave to cook. Before I got to eat it I woke up.
Were you hungry when you woke up?
actually a bit, but the intensity didn't feel as much as it did in my dream. i was like dying in my dream for food :!:
Just one mroe of millions of examples of how real dreams are. I dont remember the exact quote, but in waking life, the first guy to talk about dreams, in the room with the guy playing the ukulele, he said that when were in a dream there is no real difference between the dreaming perception and the waking one. But of course dreams can be more or less intense and can tweaked indefinately. So hunger pains can be quite intesne in a dream. I know that I felt muscle fatigue, very intensly in a lucid dream.

ok so you were hungry when you woke up. you could have been hungry will you were dreaming and you dream just included the hungry feeling in your dream and multiplied the feeling.
