Ive been trying the VILD technique and i was wondering if anyone successfully had a lucid dream doing this?
So no one has ever done a VILD.
Patience. :P Posts don't always appear in under 15 minutes. But no, i've never done a VILD.
Wouldn't be much of a technique if it didn't work...
Personally, no, but I'm sure there are many out there.
I personally know a hand full of people who have been quite successful with this, my guess is you mean the WILD like version, since the earlier term VILD was different, but nobody remembers that :P.
Although the reason the method is not very very popular is because you are a person who is either good or bad at visualization, sure you can improve, but its going to take some time, and most people want a technique they can perform today, and don't have the patients required for this type of technique, if they did though it would be very powerful, since if you can improve your visualization to a point were it allows you to shift easily to a dream, well thats very valuable to anyone interested in these concepts.
