Does any 1 here know how long it takes to enter REM, if you went to sleep.
I want to immeditly go inot REM, but i know i can't. So i wonder how much time passes from when i first hit the pilliow, to when i enter REM
I know if you have already been a sleep its really easy, BUT HOW LONG IF I JUST WENT TO BED E BED
I am pretty sure that you enter REM for the first time in about 90 minuts.
Seeker is right. After that, the cycles get shorter. In the end, you can wake upin the morning, go back to sleep and enter it within a couple of minutes.

I didn't think of cookies cuaes..well there not as good as all the above. And as for pies, i have never had a good 1 so i wouldn't know.
