I have a few questions about this technique.
Is it supposed to be the last thing you do before you go to sleep? Do you have to be sitting on a chair, lying in your bed or standing up while doing this?

I do a much more simplified version usually before I sleep and have tried it before I WILDed.
I lay in bed when I go for it.
