not just lucidity!
I'm amazed at how each night my dreams become more powerful, colourful, deeper, scarier, more emotional etc...
i'm beggining to worry about having nightmares.. my dreams are slowly becoming twisted.
this morning i woke up just after falling into the firey abyss, i could hear the drums of hell getting louder and louder, and the pressure was beggining to be painful. i had this realisation that i would be stuck in ultimate torture for all eternity... not a happy thought, considering i believed it completely...
on the bright side, i'm experiencing a whole new world based of my own subconcious, and its getting more and more 'realistic' each night.
i didn't realise all of the extras that come with lucidity, and i'm grateful for the chance to have them. :D

Would have been stressful experience im sure, :(....the mind is capable of many things.
Considering we sleep under the same Aussie sky;)....what have you used to increase you LD progress?
How long have you been lucid dreaming, keeping a journal ect?

i've been keeping a dream journal as much as i can, i'm yet to write down a dream per night for an extendend period of time, like a week...
thats what i'm trying to focus on, turning this into a habit.
i've been trying to increase my dream journal input for nearly two months i think..
i used to have vivid dreams (some lucid) when i was younger, so i think the progress is just coming naturally.
the things i think add to my success so far are being aware of the world more, and each time i go through the remembering process, i think its becoming easier to 'find' the information. its just like learning a new skill, the more you practise the easier it is.
it feels strage having these dreams, waking up and not remembering anything, and after lying still for a few minutes remember it like i was actually there doing it a few seconds ago, in full detail.
the ones that are especially twisted always wake me up. i usually become very self-aware, maily because its feels like i'm about to die, so i sort of go straight from dreaming to awake. this way i dont have to try to remember, its just different. oh, and lucid dreams usually end like this aswell.
blah blah blah...
