Thread: Owls

Hi folks, I had a dream last night which I would love to know the answer to.....here it is......
I was at an outdoor summer festival, in a town which I made up, there were street traders and music, it was during the day. Although I was by myself people from my work were there but I wasnt interested in hanging around with them. I went to the toilet which looked like toilets in modern trendy bar. When I was in there, there was a woman around 30 and her mother around 50. The younger woman was holding a tray covered in tissue, the tissue moved and I inquired what was under it. She showed me about 20 baby owls. They were all friendly but would playfully nip so I was afraid to touch them. I thought they were lovley and I wanted one. I thought about the cruelty of this and it put me off having one. I thought the bird should be free, I thought it would be a nightmare to keep. All these negative thoughts put me off adopting one, but one of the owls showed intrest in me. I noticed the women had english accents (im from N Ireland) and were from liverpool. The younger woman told me they were too young to be adopted, and in 6 weeks they would be ready. I thought this was too much hassle. Suddenly the dream fast forwarded and I was on a boat from Belfast to Liverpool to adopt my owl with my boyfriend. We were travelling and I was excited about adopting the owl. Then I woke up.
It seems quite silly but it was very lucid and I have read the owl means inner wisdom and in certain cases misfortune. I would appreciate any advice
