levitation problems
hey everybody, the other night i was flying around while lucid and i saw some monks levitating in a field. i thought "why not try that?" so i flew down to them and tried to join them. however, when i tried to remain perfectly still, i found i couldnt, as if something was shaking me about. when i fell to the floor from frustration ( i assume) the monk leading the lesson-thing said "patience." and then he opened his eyes and smiled. at that point, i was hurled at a gazillion miles an hour through the air. i assume he pushed me, telekinesis style. any thoughts on why the hell i cant be perfectly still in the air like them?

Patience. You'll get it eventually. It may take a few more dreams for you to realize that the dream body is illusory (and what that implies). Maybe you need to realize something altogether different from what I suggested. The monk suggests "patience." I say, go with that. Think of different ways you can levitate while staying still. Imagine you are sitting on a floor of glass, or a floor of solid air.
Oh, that, and belief. You became frustrated. It creates a cycle of negativity, y'know? You must break that cycle. There's no sure-fire way to do that. It depends on the scenario, really. Changing the thought process, and starting on a clean slate helps.
Good luck!
