out of the blue WILD

Few nights ago I woke up natural after about 3 hours of sleep. SP started out of no where. I wasnt expecting it because i didnt even plan to WILD that night so I was kinda startled a bit. Then I got up and turned the fan off because it felt freezing. Laid back down and SP hits again, and then it stops. I was kinda upset because when SP started, I figured I might get Lucid. So I just laid in bed for 5 or more minutes, I was just going to go back to sleep then I looked at the clock and the time was not right. I jump out of bed and I was Lucid.......The actual LD after that was only like 2 minutes, but was this a false awakening? I dont think I ever had a FA before. I mean I went thru the whole wild sp process and wasted the first 10 minutes laying there thinking the I failed and was not Lucid, but I was. It was so strange and realistic.
