How would this affect WILDing?

It's really weird, but no matter what, every single night, I sleep with my eyes open. Even if I fall asleep with my eyes closed, when I fall asleep they just, I guess automatically open? I'm not really sure how, but they open even if I fall asleep with my eyes closed. I was just wondering how this would affect WILD, if at all- I'm very interested in WILDing, but I wasn't sure if my thing with sleeping with my eyes open (even if I fall asleep with them closed) would affect a WILD. Thanks in advance for any and all replies I get. :) Oh, and is this in the right forum to put this in? I wasn't sure what forum to put it in.

When your eyes open, can you see anything? In a WILD, you aren't actually asleep until you start dreaming. I would assume that if they open, it would be best to just close them again. The one time I got to sleep par..., I could open my eyes, and look around the room without my body waking up. As long as your body is doing it on it's own, I think it should be fine.
