      Questions, and Saying Hello

Well first off, Id like to say Hello to everyone =) and let everyone know that im new to this (only been trying for around two months now).

My questions are as follows, and please remember im new =) so any input at all is very appreciated.

      1. After around ten minutes of attempt a WILD, all I can start to see is pure white, and my eyes start twitching and moving directions, and my eyelids almost pull themselves open. Any idea on why this happens? and a way around it?

      2. Once I can get into S.P., when do I 'open my eyes' or do you not even do that? and just things kind of happen all of a sudden?

      3. I get this feeling, During a WILD, as if im having cramps but its a full body kind of feeling, and it does have a tingling kind of pain. I assume this is from me begging to enter S.P. but I was wondering how long does that feeling last? (ive never made it much past that)

Well, thanks again for everyones input =) I plan on being a very active member here.

Don't try to find a way around it, just go through the motions... The fully body cramp is probably SP... The length of SP varies with every WILD that you attempt... (Some nights SP will last longer than other nights)

You on the right track m8, think yourself lucky i have been trying for 6 months and i cant get remotely close to Lucidity, i cant even get too SP stage or see HI so don't fear your are on the right track just keep relaxed and focused and you will hopefully have one in no time

Don't try to open your eyes, don't even focus on your eyes. Doing this will keep you grounded and anchored to your physical body. When you dream, are your eyes open? Nope. It's all images manufactured by your brain itself, not from the light entering your eyes. Your eyes should have nothing to do with your LDing, you shouldn't be trying to see with your physical vision, you should be seeing things in your head. It just seems like you're viewing with your eyes. I would recommend never trying to open your eyes. That's how most people wake up and get themselves out of nightmares and also out of SP. That's most likely what will happen to you, too.
