How can I remember to do reality checks?

It depends on your motivation of wanting to lucid dream, really. You probably wouldn't forget to RC if you really wanted to have a lucid dream. Kick up a habit, or find a dream sign. Maybe you need more motivation.

Buy a watch that beeps every hour and do a reality check every beep.
