Yesterday I was trying to WILD for the first time, and I was just watching my breath and stuff, and I noticed sometimes my mind wandered, and as soon as I realised I was wandering, a wave of awareness came over my body. I also noticed twitches in my leg. Eventually I gave up, because I was visualizing myself browsing on my laptop, and I accidentaly tapped on my leg with my finger, intending to click. Anyway, my question is: Was I near a WILD?
