sleep for about 5-6 hours, wake up, and stay up for a while (no more than an hour, or it can be difficult to go back to sleep) use the restroom, get a drink, whatever. there's no definite time to stay awake, you'll just have to expirement and find what works best for you. u just wanna get ur self goin a little if u know what i mean, don't go back to bed half asleep and lethargic. this technique will just increase your chances of having a lucid dream. and that's it i guess. |
