      Wake back to bed.

I understand some of the basics on Wake back to bed, But I am not completely sure I get it.
So I wake up randomly, and I can get a drink go for a run eat a snack, then go back to bed and have a lucid dream or have an amazingly insane dream.

Can some one clear it up if I missed anything?

sleep for about 5-6 hours, wake up, and stay up for a while (no more than an hour, or it can be difficult to go back to sleep) use the restroom, get a drink, whatever. there's no definite time to stay awake, you'll just have to expirement and find what works best for you. u just wanna get ur self goin a little if u know what i mean, don't go back to bed half asleep and lethargic. this technique will just increase your chances of having a lucid dream. and that's it i guess.
Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead...only try to realize the truth. There is no spoon. Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

Check out the WBTB Tutorial, it should tell you everything you need. The most important thing is when you wake up, should be right before a REM cycle.
