I had a very vivid LD last night where I thought about slowing down time. I visualized people going into slow motion and they gradually slowed down and were going in slowmotion, but when I realeased my focus time sped up super fast with people moving all over the place there hands going double time, and then time went back to normal, almost as if to catch up. I tried it again with the same results and then gave up. any thought...
