Success... Almost.
So I didn't really have a lucid dream, but I did wake up from a dream and remember I was dreaming, I nearly let it slip away! During remembering this dream though I also recalled two recurring dreams from my childhood.
One in which I was with my mom driving in our old car going over a very long bridge, we were surrounded by trees and the only thing was the road, no other cars were in view. As we started to go over the bridge we would usually fall off, but I think eventually we got across after several times of dreaming this.
I think this dream happened because I was really small and couldn't see over the dash so I always had this assumption that the road just ended. =P
The next is more of a nightmare, and the only nightmare that I ever remembered or that happened more than once. In this 'dream' I was in a park, or a place with trees and long fields of grass being chased by the clown from IT. I couldn't run very fast away from him though, because it felt as if I was running through pudding or jell-o. I just wasn't moving fast at all, and I would look behind me and he would be closer sometimes, and farther the next.
I believe this dream was due to me watching the movie IT really late at night, and several times when I was younger. =P
Regardless, I think remembering dreams that happened more than a decade ago in my life is a good sign. ^__^

Wow! Good for you!
I also had a lot of dreams as a child about going over a bridge in the car. I used to scare me a ton!

Maybe only the BEST of the BEST have dreams about going over bridges in cars.
Or the scardey cats. =3
Anyway thanks for your reply, wish I could have gotten more, but it seems everyone is more into the whole 'read and run' thing. I just want something to read in response to me. ;D
