A question : )

(Sorry if this is in the wrong place!) I hope someone will be able to answer my question...

At night, I always end up thinking about things like college and visualise things that may happen the next day or have already happened. I'll be going through this in my mind, and I'm obviously controlling everything (because I'm wide awake at this point and just thinking) but as I start to feel myself fall asleep, the control over what I'm thinking starts to diminish and the things that happen just become really random and weird.

It happened again about 2 days ago. I lay in bed and was thinking that I best check the balance in my bank account at the cash machine near my college. I was just visualising the directions and me walking to it just to get it clear in my mind where I was going to go the next morning. As I continued to think about it, I started to feel more sleepy and like a minute later the scene continued but I wasn't controlling it and I was suddenly walking out to this hose in middle of a busy road that was there to clean people or something. oO When I realised something weird happened I snapped myself out of it and wondered why on earth a simple thought wandered off to that. xD;

I hope that makes sense, it's just difficult to explain! I'd just like to know does this happen to anyone else? And what on earth is happening? What exactly is it? xD;

This happens to me a lot. I just imagine myself doing something, and then I'm dreaming about it. It's basically a WILD.
