Did I start to WILD??
Hey. I was always fascinated by the concept of WILDing, and I hadn't seriously given it a shot until last night.
I was sitting in bed and I decided to meditate. I meditated for a good 20 minutes until I started feeling these tingling sensations in my legs. They were very relaxed feeling, and even a little tickleish. I got excited, but then this feeling subsided and I went to bed.
Did I feel "vibrations" (The first signs of WILD)?

No, definitely not. Well... you might have technically started the WILD process, but I don't think they were vibrations.
Trust me you'll know if you've felt vibrations or not. U just started getting a numbing sensation in the legs which is usually where it starts. Keep at it though as that is the first cue your body gives you that you are on your way to falling asleep. Hopefully you can stay conscious as you continue to fall asleep and have a lucid next time.
