Very Slow in My LDs- Help!!!

So recently, I've been having Lucid Dreams somewhat regularly. Usually, its every Saturday after I've been out all night and got to bed around 3 AM.

The only problem is that I can't move worth shit in the LD. Once I realize its a Lucid Dream, I try to move somewhere (usually, I'm in my bed), but my body just moves really, really, really, really ,really slow. Its almost like I'm walking in molasses.

Any suggestions?

I had such dreams as a child and recently heard that many children have similar dreams. One hint I can give you is to not try to physically move you body, but to will yourself where you want to go mentally.

I wonder if such dreams correlate to the physical paralysis your body is in when asleep.
