Bloody alarm clock!
GRAW! I hate my stupid alarm clock! I started to learn about lucid dreaming in the summer, and my dreams were pretty vivid. But then school started, and I had to set my alarm to 6:30. Ever since, my dreams have only been vivid and memorable over the weekend when I can sleep until 8 or 9. Is there any way to make it so my dreams are up to snuff, or is my dream time confined to the weekend?

You could download the Citrus Alarm Clock - http://www.ornj.net/citrus/
It gradually wakes you up to any music on your computer. By gradually, I mean that if fades your music in. Myself, I just use my iPod radio thing. I wake up to classical music.

Alarm clocks suck. I have to wake up at about the same time, and it is set to loud so I will actually wake up in the morning. Then I wake up 1 minute before it goes off anyway...:?

I have the same time for my alarm clock for school and after the first week of school i started waking up a few minuts before the alarm goes off for some reason, but it doesnt change how often i actually remember any of my dreams.

I recently purchased a Peaceful Progression Alarm Clock, which wakes you up with a 30 minute light/sound cycle. It gradually brightens, and after a while starts playing looped sound effects (birds chirping, running water, etc) before finally resorting to an old fashioned alarm after the full 30 minutes. In practice, I wake up around 10 minutes into the cycle. This allows me to remain still and have the maximum opportunity to remember my dreams. The trade off is that you never know exactly when you'll wake within that 30 minute period...
Aside from that, I truly enjoy waking 'naturally' instead of being startled out of my slumber by a blaring alarm.
