multiple LD's

ok, ive noticed that most times i lucid dream now ill go off on an adventure, it'l last about maybe 2-5 minutes, but feels like more, hard to tell, then when it is over its as if i half wake up, i feel as if i go back to my body in bed, then i get up again only to realise i'm still dreaming, but its not accident, when im back in my body, i know ill be able to get up again and go off on another adventure, also, when i get up again, all is pitch black, but i can feel movement, sometimes i can see my hand and sometimes my eyes are seeled shut, and if i try to open them it hurts sort of like when youve just woken up from real long sleep and cant open your eyes properly, but then i always make my way to the door of my room, head out to the kitchen, by this time things are coming into view, and i exit out the door, but when i exit out the door, i can then be anyware, or the outside turns into a different place all the time, last night i went out into this nice plant area, i decided to let the dream go a little while staying fully concious, this helps with clarity, then i thought i might play around with the idea of seeking guides, i heard two different noises like brussles of bushes and desided to seek the second, it was a monkey i think, then it came to me and bit onto my left hand, then i looked down to see it was a plattepuss(australian animal), i asked it if it could talk to me, not to worried bout it bitting my hand, although it hurt , i stayed calm, then in some strange dream way that words cant explain i realised it was talking to me through my thoughts, it was like its thoughts were my thoughts, at this point of realisation we became detatched and i was my own thoughts and his voice was like normal audio. but cant remember anything it said.

anyway, i had three of these dream/return/dreams last night, and its awsome! but i guess im wondering if anyones had similar and if they know wether i am actually going out from my real physical body, it feels like in the moment of re entry i can choose wether to go out again or wake up, and it does feel as if i roll out in a sence like this book i read on this guy who was an expert sort of on OBE's. hope this is interesting if anything!:D
