so how was your DV vacation?

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay we're back in business!!

So how'd you all do without dreamviews? I actually managed to start having semi-regular LD's (4 or 5 a week) about the same time DV went down... lets hope it wasnt just that!

Anyone discover anything groundbreaking or new? Have any funny/memorable dreams?

Best thing I discovered in DV's absense that I wanted to share was the holding your nose RC. It's the most useful for me in getting DILDs, and I've figured out that if I walk around holding my nose its like a perma-rc! I hope shared-dreaming isn't real, cause I must look like an idiot walking around holding my nose :D.

So anyways.... dreamviews!!!

I thought it was a cool opportunity to check out LD4ALL. Quite a few DV users went over there and at the moment Ive almost settled in. There are some pretty talented LDers over there, and they get some good experiments up.

Yeah they had some really good experiments over there. Generally it was fun at Ld4all, lol alot of our threads turned into sensless, anyone think we might have converted them?

Overall I got drunk more often then usual. Heh.

Well, I have been having very vivid dreams for past 2 weeks since taking Vitimin B6 tablets. For the past week I have had a few lucid dreams!!! I had 2 in one night but I cant seem to realise that I am dreaming till I awake. I'm gonna start actually doing reality checks during school.

DAMN SCHOOL! I had to wait till 6th hour today to get back on here, since the site wasnt up yesterday when I went to bed.. (10 pm , I get up at 6 am for school :mad: )

Its weird... since DV Forum left us, I've had no LD's. I used to read every day and didnt dare move to any other site. I knew DV would be back sooner or later thanks to the hard work you guys put in. Lets get back into it big styleeeeeeeee welcome back all :)

my vacation could have been better, but at least i got one LD. it only lasted for... like 2 secs.. :(
for some reason i lost motivation when DV was shut down... hope i can get it back now and get some kickazz dreams

I broke my LD slump in style and started to conduct my reaserch.

I had some nice lucids, broke a little new ground. In one really shallow lucid (I had to spin several times to keep from waking up) I started to fly after a flock of birds, and the whole dreamworld melted into weird psychedelic imagery/sensation. That was pretty cool. I also studied up on that wacky dreamspell stuff over at Sea Life. For the most part I was too busy with moving and work and whatnot to miss DV too much. Still, I'm glad we're back. It's like a fresh start.

EDIT: :hrm: it's really like a fresh start--I'm a "lucid beginner" again.

Craziness has been happening since DV went down! I was having LDs almost everyday, and usually like 5-6 at a time. It was getting kinda nuts...to the point where I felt like I wasn't sleeping well at all. It was interesting over at ld4all, I couldn't believe how nice and understanding they were it was awesome, but its good to be home again. Oddly enough now that DV is back I haven't had an LD in a few days. WTF is up with that!!?? Oh well. Home Sweet Home.

it's not a "new" position ._.

I noticed that my LD's disappeared, but before DV's death, it was after I left DV.

Dispite it's flaws, this place is really important, to everybody.

I am one to browse the net very little. Dreamviews was 99.8% of what I was online for. I must say I was quite distraut over the whole deal. I would not call it a vacation. More like shit for lack of a better word

It was quite nice actually. Spent lots of time with friends and "social gatherings". Felt alive again for once.

Its good to have DV back... I actually took a break from my computer except for a little poker now and then. I like all the new changes!!!! WOOT SEEKER AND ICE ROCK!!! :lol:
