Ok, someone explain this...

i know this should have gone under the MEDITATION topic, but someone can just delete it when enough people have given opinions...

Anyway, i was meditating last night, and i had my WARM VANILLA SUGAR candle, hah, and some relaxing tea, well i was meditating and it was weird, i let my mind wander, and i didnt control it, untill i ran out of thoughts, and then lights (thats the best word to use to describe it) were exploding in my head, like i could see them, and my dad was in the next room playing HALO, hes a nerd HAHA, and i could block it out easy, and well while the lights were exploding my body had spasms or twitches and my shoulders and head twitched really bad at one point, and well then my dads mobile rang and he talked for some time on it and then he got off, and then i decided to stop and go see what time it was...
it had been 40 minutes...i know thats not a long time, but it felt like 10 to 15 minutes...i was like WOAH!

it was so weird, amazing and i cant wait to meditate tonight!

can anybody relate, or at least tell me what that was? :D

When you say your tripping, you are basically going on a trip in your mind I guess

using psychoactive drugs that make you halucinate.

HAHA! sorry about the grammatical error, and by the way,i just moved to europe this summer.

but i think tripping could be PARTLY explained by neurotransmitters? anyone else want to comment?
