Dream Guides/Mental Projection?

When I finally get my first stable LD, I'm doing to try and bring up a dream guide to help me. What I want to know is will one find me or do I have to create it?

Really, I'm hoping I have to summon my own up. If you've ever seen Fight Club or read the book, than that's what I want my dream guide to be: A creature reflecting how I think of myself. Actually, I'd rather have it BE how I am, whether I know it or not.

What I'm trying to ask is if I create a dream guide (if it's possible), could my mind create a "true form" of me? I'm really interested in my own morality. I'd like to think I'm a good person, but I might just be telling myself that. I'm hoping that upon it's creation, I'll get a true form of myself like a demon, an angel, or even something cryptic like an animal and I have to guess what it's supposed to mean. I don't want some random DC to help me.
