My semi-lucid dream

SO. Last night, after a night of drinking (mmm bacardi white) I decided 'HEY! Lets get dreaming!'. At that point I was mostly sober so I tried Billybob's wicked WILD technique found here: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=30783 since it seemed to help me. I ended up just wanting to sleep due to the fact I had work the following morning. My dream was this:

I dont remember much but it was a persuit dream. I was in my school, running from god knows what (probably the disgruntled shop teacher :P) and I came across a man. I THINK it was the chemistry teacher who I never see ever (not sure tho) and I had a very strange response. Right as I rounded the corner I took one look at him, pointed in his face, and yelled "YOUR NOT REAL BECAUSE I AM DREAMING!". I guess just the WILD technique of saying "im dreaming" kind of kicked in when I instantly realized my dream was silly and irrational. I faintly remember being quite proud of myself for spotting the dream but past that nothing.

Now, should I still just be working harder on my dream recall so I can actually remember what happens? Hell, for all I know, I could have had a dandy lucid and just not have remembered anything. Thought it was a interesting dream anyhow. This happened to anyone? Thoughts?
