fighting/letting go on the way to sleep
i had an experience the other night whilst trying to go lucid. i was beginning to relax after a while in bed, i could feel my body starting to go to sleep as it were, and i can only explain it like my body was going into convulsions, not my mind however. but it was quite unnerving. has anyone else had this experience. i do want to state that i am not epileptic or anything, i am v. v. fit and healthy, its just that i was almost fighting going to sleep or something.it is weird and i dont know why it happens(it has happened b4). i then went into something half lucid and started screaming 'come on satan, come on' whilst i could hear the rumble of thunder and impending danger/doom around me.....i put this quite disturbing half ld down to the fact that i have some inner demons i am working on atm (it was a bit like bruce lee life story when he keeps facing that warrior).....i have been using some induction mp3s with rain storms in the background so i guess this may have influenced the thunder/satan thang:shock: anyway the whole thing ended and i was left quite confused for a while and a bit sweaty, my heart was beating a bit faster than usual, it was quite a powerful thing. i do not feel that i completed what i was looking for, i feel like i was holding myself back because i did not truly want/or was not ready to face my demons/the evil whatever....interesting but disturbing, but what i really wanna know is about the body spasm/convulsion thing. anyone else had this as they enter dream world???
