First of all, dr LaBerge has made a set of those. Just google "LaBerge trance induction" or something, and you will find them.
Then http://www.warpmymind.com/ has those too. Go there and search for "lucid"
Yeah, ummm, I've thought about this, too. But I simply thought that using a microphone plugged into your computer and recording your own message via Windows Sound Recorder would be best. That way it's YOU giving yourself the message. I haven't tried it yet, but I am trying to figure out a way to time my computer to play the file at a specific time during the night. Might incorporate into a dream very nicely.
